30-Day Return Period
You may return any lamp within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets our return conditions. The return period begins on the day you receive your lamp.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your luxury lamp must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging materials
- Have all tags, labels, and documentation intact
- Not show any signs of installation or use
- Be returned in the original shipping box
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or bespoke lamps made to your specifications
- Lamps that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Lamps purchased during special clearance sales
- Items without proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To return a lamp, please follow these steps:

- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Carefully package the lamp in its original packaging
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking for valuable luxury lamps.
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned lamp, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a lamp for a different model or finish, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred lamp.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please inspect your lamp upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Provide photographs of the damage to expedite the process.
Warranty Coverage
All our luxury lamps come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed in your product documentation.
Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once a lamp has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency, and exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns that meet our return conditions. However, custom or special-order items that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee.
